Hello all,
I'm an Italian software engineer with some years of experience in
embedded systems programming and software configuration management.
I'm a new Fedora user (previously used Slackware, ArchLinux and
OpenSuse, and RHEL at work) and enthusiastic about it :-)
I would like to help the distro grow and I think that, given my
previous experience, the release engineering would be the best place
where I can use my knowledge. Moreover I would like to improve my GIT
and Python scripting skills (at the moment I'm an intermediate user at
both).
I think I'll have more or less 3-4 hours per week to volunteer.
I read that IRC meetings are regularly held every Friday at 1700 UTC
(it should be 19.00PM in Italy), but unfortunately I don't know if
I'll be able to joing one of the next meetings, since at that time I'm
usually travelling back home.
Best regards,
Felice
