Re-opening for another build. We have fixes for two out of three accepted
blockers, so we can't strictly speaking call this an RC. We never quite
settled the TC-after-RC debate - see
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/test/2012-April/107120.html - so
for now, we've just agreed to make this one 'Alpha TC6', and I really
ought to get back to finding a better solution.

kernel-3.9.0-0.rc6.git2.1.fc19]: it is not a blocker or FE fixing build,
but kernel team says the fix for the blocker bug

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=947142 #947142] will be built
on top of RC6 when it comes, not RC4, so we will need to pull in an RC6+
build at that point; given this, it makes sense to start testing with an
RC6 kernel now rather than wait until next week.
