pvalena reported a new issue against the project: `releng` that you are following: `` In build log, there occurs: ``` make: Warning: File 'abrt_prelude.rb' has modification time 69 s in the future
```
Then executing part of the test suite (in %check) results in (re)compiling a part of code we did not intend to (or at all), and failure occurs:
You cannot duplicate this locally? ``
pvalena added a new comment to an issue you are following: `` I didn't see anything like AFAIR. I wasn't however even able to reproduce this with koji scratch-builds (numerous of them).
Looking at several of my failed past tasks in koji- it [occured just once](https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=27126982), bearing additional message: ``` make: warning: Clock skew detected. Your build may be incomplete. ```
I did see it quite often among `simple-koji-ci` builds, though.
pvalena added a new comment to an issue you are following: `` It seems it just happened again: ``` + make runruby 'TESTRUN_SCRIPT=--enable-gems /builddir/build/SOURCES/test_abrt.rb' BUILDSTDERR: make: Warning: File 'abrt_prelude.rb' has modification time 1325 s in the future generating prelude.c ```
Failed as it should not built at that point (in %check section), but it was trigerred due to invalid time.
kevin added a new comment to an issue you are following: `` Well, the builder involved has chronyd running and in sync.
I see that the file indicated is a source file in your src.rpm. Could it be that the time was off on whatever machine you generated that file on?
pvalena added a new comment to an issue you are following: `` Note that it's `simple-koji-ci`, so I've not created the SRPM. I've only pushed to my fork, connected to a [PR](https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ruby/pull-request/42), which in due course trigerred the build. ``
