Description of problem:

The embedded release notes /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-notes differs from the release notes posted on the website

In addition the /usr/share/release notes refers to Fedora 19 in some links.

Good grammar and good release notes. The release notes should be on the wiki, where many eyes can see and improve them.
