Bug 1005426 - Better CLI Parsing and Error reporting
* Unified behavior for CLI script args and "login" command args
* Fixed "login" command:
** support host definition without port definition
** output defaults for host and port
** command syntax message
** show meaningful error messages:
*** for port number format
*** for unsupported transport
*** for exceptions (use exception cause message instead of meaningless JBoss Remoting exception message)
Also, some code cleanup

Bug 1146583 - "Ignore" button is disabled always under "Discovery Queue"
Previous logic of enabling/disabling "Ignore" button tried to prevent
situation, that user could ignore a NEW platform and/or it's child. Previous
logic would not work in case user also selected at least another resource
that "could" be ignored (a child of imported platform).
Now user can ignore MEW platform as well or it's child. If platform is
IGNORED it's not possible (at least from UI) to import it's NEW children.

Bug 1029409 - Auto-enable ejb3 statistics when a user requests calltime
metrics for EJBs
Whenever callTime metric is requested, ensure that global EJB3 statistics
are enabled on server.

[BZ 1144052] - Setting z-index to auto to all parents of the logout dropdown menu to join its DOM subtree to the global stacking context and make the z-index working again for it. Result is that it will be on the top even if there is a notification. Also hiding the ajax loader gif icon, because it is not needed anymore.

[BZ 1144052] - On group creation error, info messages are under fadeout window - the z-index css attribute was ignored, because there were two different so called stacking contexts. By setting the z-index to the default value (which is auto) to all related parent elements we prevent creating new stacking contexts. In other words z-index works correctly only for leave elements in the DOM tree, but if we combine different z-indices in one sub-tree it causes strange behavior.
