Log Message: ----------- run server itests without having to rebuild the ear
The process for running itests is cumbersome. Not only do you have to fully server/jar, you also have to build the ear before running the tests in the itests-2 module. This makes it really difficult to do iterative development. This commit eliminate the need to rebuild the ear.
