There was an issue with some hard-coded URLs in rosdep, and it caused
`rosdep update` to break everywhere. A fix has been merged and
released: https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/rosdep/pull/663
I just published the updated package for f29, but given the severity of
the breakage, it would be nice to push it early if we can get the
karma.
Folks - if you have some spare cycles and are running f29, it would be
great if you could test this change and provide feedback:

The update hasn't made it to the testing repository yet, but once it
