As I said before, I would welcome the common namespace. I believe it's a good opportunity to promote Fedora Ruby SIG and our contributions. As for the name, I don't see a problem with 'fedora-ruby'. I have just came across the Fedora Cloud SIG organization[0] on GitHub. They also dropped the "sig", so fedora-ruby seems to be consistent with them.
