I consistently get this error:

I don't know if it is related to the previous ARM package rsync exclusion issue Dennis mentioned here:

This is now fixed, and the fix is upstream, we should never hit it again

I now see download failures for the "sparcy" package, e.g. this URL does not work (across all mirrors, it seems):
http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/20/x86_64/os/...
Considering the package name, I wonder if this related to this change.
Shouldn't be. All SPARC support has been removed. And the wildcarding had been removed from the excludes. But I will take a look and see if I can work it out.

It turns out there were some Apache httpd redirect rules left from the SPARC (and ia64) days. Kevin Frenzi removed them, and now the RPM file is accessible.
