Do we have a place in Bugzilla for Fedora server? I've already

There's a discussion going on over on the fedora-devel list. I think
we'll probably add a new component for each of the products as
'fedora-release-$PRODUCT' where things like differences in default
configuration belong. That hasn't happened yet, so please use the
'distribution' component for the moment and make sure that your BZs
block the appropriate trackers so we can move them later.
I'll reopen this one with an explanation.
By the way this is the tracker bug for Cockpit in Fedora Server:

You also have
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1091301
which you should probably be using instead (or at least linking the two).
And there are various issues that may interest readers of this
mailing list:
Cockpit URL in /etc/issue

Cockpit firewall port

Cockpit enabled by default on Fedora Server
