Well, wrong permissions set by default. I modified it that everyone who is logged in, may edit and comment. An probably you may have to use the following link instead:

The latter link works after login.
I made small additions to few questions and fixed typos.
Otherwise, the only comment I have that it is probably better to avoid using acronyms that have multiple meanings. For example, I expanded SME to 'small or medium enterprise' because this acronym also commonly means 'subject matter expert'. A common acronym for small or medium business is SMB which in our context can easily be mixed up with SMB protocol usage.
