608811 - fixing issue where virt guest creation would not create the guests to use a virtual bridge.
The problem was due to a change in the xmlrpc method parsing on the cobbler side. After the cobbler change, modify-interface was no longer accepted as a valid method name, meaning network intefaces were not being created properly. The result was that since the guest had no network interface within the cobbler system record, an interface (with a virtual bridge attached) was not created. Grumble grubmle, api breakage
