Hey Guys,
I'm trying to create a customized Fedora 11 installation at the moment.
I'm hoping to use a kickstart file to specify the packages and
partitions, users etc. etc. End game is to create a kiosk like
installation with some customized software packages on there.
What I've got so far is a yum repository setup from my softwares build
scripts. That's all working fine. I've created some kickstart files to
set things up which is also working fine to a degree. I can use revisor,
point it to a customized revisor.conf and also point it to my kickstart
files and produce both a live cd and an install cd.
However, what I'd like to do, is boot the live cd and run the liveinst
and have it use the kickstart files. It doesn't seem to be possible to
do that at the moment. Also, when I use the install cd (and use the
liveusb-creator to put it on a stick) I end up with an installer that
won't run as it's looking for the kickstart files from CDROM://
Am I doing this all wrong ? Is there some guide out there that you could
recommend ?
Thanks in advance,
