I'm Ahmed Shahwan, from Egypt. I study Computers and Systems Engineering.

I like the Idea of the relase-bot project, I played with it for a bit and automated my first release on a project that I'm working on. But it's still far from perfect, so I want to take part in its development and I hope to help make it more usable.

I'm trying to get involved by communicating on GitHub and experiencing more with the bot to know deeply how it works, besides reading the code.

What else should I consider to do concerning this particular project? I mean any hints or dos/donts to get accepted in GSoC this year?
