I started working on my application but the wiki seems to be missing
some things. Firstly, the page containing the mentors' names [0]
doesn't exist at all. Shouldn't this be filled before the application
period starts, which is tomorrorw? Then, at the Create your proposal
section [1], the instructions are vague and info is missing. Moreover,
the Student Application Template [2] says that this isn't the final
version. I picked the template from [3][4] to start my application.

Comparing last year's page[5] with 2013 [6] there is a clear difference.
Perhaps it is still early?
