[Sway] There's a copr repo available for those brave enough to test

I finally got around to getting things built for F30. I have installed sway on 1 F30 machine and it runs. No guarantees though :) Packages built are: mako 1.2-2.fc30 sway 1.0-3.fc30 swayidle 1.2-5.fc30 swaylock 1.3-1.fc30 wlroots 0.5.0-2.fc30

You'll find it at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/qrsbrwn/sway/ I will get around to updating the description and such soon enough.

I would like to stress that I got the things built but has done very close to no testing.
