On Friday (sorry for the late message...) I released
system-config-printer 1.3.12. Here are the changes since 1.3.11:
* Removed some unused imports
* Catch more exceptions (bug #859760).
* Re-structured udev parts to run as a systemd service
This last change is required for the udev parts to work correctly with
newer versions of systemd which impose a time restriction on udev
helpers.
