OK. Went in there and signed on, but the whole Github setup is a mystery to me (e.g what is a repository and why do I need one to make a proposal)', being used to the s/w testing bug-reporting scene, e.g.

- so will not be able to do anything constructive w.r.t. the 'add printer' dialogue until I've had time to figure out how the 'github' system works!
