The f10 builds seem to work fine for me (finding the plugins), so perhaps
this is rawhide-specific?
To be clear, digikam's Settings -> configure digikam -> Kipi Plugins is
empty?

Mouse Wheel gone

Since the latest xorg-X11 upgrade I receive the already mentioned XKB
error and the mouse wheel is not working anymore.
Has anybody seen this behavior?

I have the same symptoms...
rpcinfo says that nfs et.al. are running.
Something has changed in test 2, since the same PC running RH9
accesses that host just fine.

Repeated Kernel Oopses (WiFi)
by Christopher A Williams
This has been rather annoying on my laptop, but I am getting constant
kernel oopses with my WiFi and broadband adapters. This is on a ThinkPad
T400. It usually happens when I connect or disconnect USB devices, which
includes my broadband adapter. A trace from an example happening with my
WiFi adapter is below.
Anyone else having these issues, or is it just me and something I may or
may not have done?
Cheers,
Chris

finger print reading broken?
by Michael Cronenworth
Under Fedora 10, finger print reading worked with my supported aes1610
finger print device. GDM let me login with my finger.
Under Fedora 11 it no longer detects my reader at all. I fired up a Live
CD and it does not detect the reader either.
I don't see any bugzilla component for the fprint stuff. Where do we
file bugs?

koji kernel: "barrier-based sync failed"
by Robert P. J. Day
after installing the current koji kernel for my x86_64 system (for
the purpose of testing video), very early in the boot process, i got
the following diagnostic flashing on the screen, followed by a total
system hang:
JBD: barrier-based sync failed on dm-0:8 - disabling barriers
i powered down, powered back up, and got further into the boot process
up to the network initialization, then rapid flashing of ADDRCONF
messages on the screen, then another hang.
thoughts?

copy paste problem.
by Adrin Jalali
Hi there,
I remember a copy paste problem which was (I think at least) solved, but I
can see it again using rawhide. When you copy something in an application,
by the time you close that application it's being erased from the clipboard.
So you should keep the source application open till you paste that somewhere
else.
Is it supposed to be normal behavior?
Best,
Adrin.

strigi f12 ram usage
by potat0
Don't really know if this is a bug or not, but I'll mention it just in case.
Running rawhide, strigi version 0.6.4-4.fc12.
Just after reboot I had strigidaemon eating about 1/2 of my RAM, without doing anything.
Seemingly though, the half just appears to be a coincidence. I've looked through my strigi lucene folder, it had about the same size of files in it. After deleting manually, the issue seems to be gone.
So, it looks to me (forgive me if I'm ignorant) that it kept the whole lucene index in memory. Top tells me it was eating 1004 MB (of my 2G) and not consuming any more CPU time than 0.4%.
Cheers,
Jan
P.S. Off topic, but will we be getting a sesame backend for nepomuk in rawhide?
