kernel-7.2.8 is failing to load nouveau drivers, 7.2.7 works

For me 7.2.8 is working fine at home, but at work my Fedora 45 box: Dell Precision T5610 2 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2603 v2 @ 1.80GHz (8 cores total) NVIDIA Corporation GK104 [GeForce GTX 760] (rev a1) fires up in 1024x768 mode and cannot be moved to anything else. It looks like the issue is that the nouveau drivers are not loaded. lsmod | grep nouveau lists nothing with 7.2.8 while under 7.2.7 I get this: drm_ttm_helper 20480 1 nouveau ttm 167936 2 drm_ttm_helper,nouveau video 81920 2 dell_wmi,nouveau gpu_sched 77824 1 nouveau i2c_algo_bit 24576 1 nouveau drm_gpuvm 57344 1 nouveau drm_exec 12288 2 drm_gpuvm,nouveau mxm_wmi 12288 1 nouveau drm_display_helper 368640 1 nouveau wmi 40960 7 video,dell_wmi,dell_smm_hwmon,dell_smbios,dell_wmi_descriptor,mxm_wmi,nouveau No idea where to even begin with this. The Fedora 45 RISC-V (non-official, community-contributed) *Beta* images are available for testing. You can find the Server, Cloud, and Container artifacts here: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/risc-v/releases/test/45_Beta/ Notes on server images ---------------------- There are two kinds of server images available: • Fedora-Server-Host-Generic: This image uses the standard 7.2 kernel (7.2.7-300.0.riscv64.fc45). This kernel is very close to upstream, and will work on VisionFive 2, Orange Pi RV, Milk-V Mars, and probably other boards. • Fedora-Server-Host-Omni: This image uses the Fedora "Omni" kernel, (7.2.7-300.0.riscv64.omni.fc45). The "Omni" aims to work on a wider range of RISC-V boards. Some patches in this kernel are still under review upstream. For details on the list of boards the Omni kernel should work on, refer to the overview[1] of Omni kernel. Please take these images for a spin[2] and let us know if you hit any issues. Marking Fedora KDE Plasma Desktop AArch64 live ISO as release-blocking

Hey folks, On behalf of Fedora KDE, I'd like to request that we mark the Fedora KDE Plasma Desktop AArch64 live ISO as release blocking alongside the existing SBC disk image. The live ISO is the preferred way to use Fedora KDE on AArch64 UEFI-based systems, and it is possible to adequately test it in an automated fashion in OpenQA. I know that members of Fedora KDE are using both the disk and the live ISO for manual testing today, so I do not feel this adds extra hardship for manual testing either. I assume it's too late to do this for Fedora 45, so I would like to do this for Fedora 46. -- 真実はいつも一つ！/ Always, there's only one truth!

Trying to install gnome on a system from Fedora-Everything-netinst-x86_64-45 gets that there are no OpenPGP CHECKS FOR 977 packages The trick from the past of installing plasma(x11) to enable the use of the clipboard from the host to a kvm virtual machine does not work
