I have the same problem on my Asus 1000, What you have to do is hold
down ALT key and lock your mouse with left key and move window.
I use this a lot for various screens. Back on FC10, you could NOT do
this for SELinux Management, but I see it works now for FC12.
It does not work in the install, though.
