I'm going to be rebuilding the host today but until I'm done, phabricator and the other services on qadevel will not be available. I'll update this thread as I make progress towards getting everything working again.

Due to the exploits of one Mr. Uiterwijk, qadevel is back up and running.

I'm still going to work on moving it to more long-term hosting, though. I severely underestimated how much work would be required to rebuild the machine and don't want to be caught unprepared again.
