Installing F10 on an Asus M3N motherboard is not possible in graphics mode. Anaconda falls back to text mode.
Also after installation in runlevel 5 it does not start in grafic mode.

Please advice: can I get this working by manually changing config files or is this VGA adapter not supported?
Koos.
you can try xdriver=vesa until you yum install kmod-nvidia from rpmfusion

For installs, try booting with the xdriver=vesa option. Alternatively, I ran into something similar with F8 and used the VNC install.
Once installed, try the binary drivers from RPMfusion.

xdriver=vesa does the trick. But why does anaconda not figure this out??

It seems to detect the brand and load the driver, which in turn doesn't recognize/support the model. Not sure where the communication breakdown is.
