Hi,
My F9 system intermittently refuses to shut down with:
nm-system-settings: Could not get the system bus. Make sure the message bus daemon is running! Message: Failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: Connection refused
Can anyone suggest how to fix this or is it a bug?
Thanks,
Leon...

It means that DBus shut down before NetworkManager ; that shouldn't prevent shutdown, though.

Thanks Bill. I still get this so I've finally got around to reporting this (although it is intermittent).
