Transifex建议

Hi all,
最近在搞这方面的内容，发现不少地方很不规范。不少语句都是错误的，而且你、您不分。
我希望今后项目的member机制能够改变一下，控制一下人数，对于没有任何贡献(哪怕你修改或添加过一句单一都不算)的人应该进行清理。
还有，guideline我认为不够详细，有空我们应该制定一个这方面的规定，让新人们看看(我也是比较新的新人)
