Mi presento
by Massimiliano Tropeano
Ciao a tutti!

Email-Aliases for new translators
by Roman Spirgi
Dear L10N coordinators,
I'm wondering if you add new translators to the "l10n Commit Group" so that
they can use a fedoraproject email alias?
The problem is that I wasn't approved when I did start translating neither
- this group is no longer in use I suppose?!
Is a new translator not eligible to get an email alias? How to you handle
this?
Cheers,
Roman

[websites] Help to proofread localized date format
by Kévin Raymond
Dear translators,
The websites team has just added on the websites (in staging actually) the
Fedora release schedule.
It would be awesome if you can proofread it at:
http://stg.fedoraproject.org/get-fedora#schedule
(We will move the content, don't spread it yet)
We will add strings on the POT, but we need your help to proofread the
'Release Date' column, as it is localized during the build.
The issue is that I get a string with date+time, and I want to strip the
time part.
It should be all good for all languages but: as, bg, hu, ja, ko, lv, nb, te
(vi is stuck actually, the right encoding is not defined on the builder,
will fix it soon).
If you see an error (like a word which should be removed), tell me.
If you know Regex, you can see (and improve) mine at:
https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/fedora-web.git/tree/fedoraproject.org/d...
Thanks for your help!
And thanks to robyduck who introduced this feature

Technical question - multiple users action on one file
by Zoltan Hoppar
Hi,
Just fallen ito my mind an what if case - but I would like to know
that is good idea or not. Many times when our translators are working
they can only translate one file per single user. My idea is the
following:
When big files coming into the picture wouldn't be possible to use out
the per page wrapped text and allow multiple user access on that one
file as sharing the pages between them?
Thanks,
Zoltan

UI suggestion for Transifex guys
by Gianluca Sforna
Sorry if this is not the proper channel for asking help/new features,
I am in a hurry now so feel free to redirict me if needed.
For large modules, I always activate a filter for the untranslated
strings so I can quickly locate them. However, it is often useful to
see the strings "around" the untranslated one in order to gather
context and give consistency to a given UI area, so I click on the
untranslated string then remove the filter to see them, but instead I
am brought to the first string in the file with no obvious way to find
the other string I was looking at.
If you see value in supporting this workflow, maybe you can tweak it
to work as described :)
Regards
Gianluca
