Granted user 'rzil' translator, reviewer and coordinator of Hebrew team
on Zanata.
Granted user 'rzil' cvsl10n group membership.
Upgraded user 'rzil' to sponsor of cvsl10n group in FAS, allowing you to
approve other new Hebrew translators to join this group.
