Hi, if upstream agree with this, don't you want to connect the project to a translation platform? Zanata can host it, but it needs manual push/pull from the project. No big deal, but they have to think about when they do it and how often they publish translation (which have a different life cycle from content)

Please let me know if you want some help for this, it's not difficult to set it up.

The review process is depending on each team, I assume someone from german team will handle this.

Btw, I find it quite difficult to know there is an existing translation and switch on it on the readthedocs website...
