indeed, he wrote himself as not active.

1: request to join the Urdu team:

2: add yourself as coordinator there

3: explain in your language that you're talking the coordination and
invite people to react if they wish to co-assume the responsibility

(having more than one is always a good thing)

Our Zanata admin, Piotr will add you as coordinator for the team.

4: create a ticket on https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issues to
get ownership of the mailing list trans-urdu
    just add a link to our current thread so they have context:

It looks like the content of the mailing list trans-urdu is private, I
personally encourage you to make it public.
