Word is better for statistics calculation as a string might be just 1 word
or 1000 words.

Tricky. Idea: May be we can compare people participated in last sprint and
this sprint? Based on badges alloted.

As you know, this time we have allowed people to translated other
packages
also during sprint. That's why we need all translation happened in Zanata
during the sprint time.
