Have re-sync'd all the packages, now transtats has latest statistics.
Please see quick-start guide[2] to get started. It has FAQs also.
Hi,
Just wondering what is the main purpose of transtats, such as
objective(s) or target problem(s) aim to solve?
I am bit worried, seeing this kept rolling without knowing how it serves
us effective than interfering the communication.
Our main platform is
fedora.zanata.org not
translate.zanata.org. In the
past we have seen a number of people mixed up these two and upset
themselves. Gnome will be important part for Fedora, however they have
their own L10n team. Gnome L10N has their own procedure and coordinators
apart from FLP. (e.g. I am a member of gnome-l10n, but neither
coordinator nor committer.)
Because I was totally off especially early 2017, and I am sorry if
anything I missed out.
Could you kindly update/point me if any of such concern has been
discussed in the past?
Thanks
noriko
thanks,
sundeep

Hi Everyone,
A few more languages have been added[1]. Created an issue[2] for
handling language variants.
Please feel free to put comments / suggestions and/or open an

Hi Everyone,
Fedora 28 is released, and this is interesting to
learn how was translation completeness for
packages and what is required for fedora 29. At
this point, Transtats can determine packages which
are out of sync[1] (in which languages) and
translation volume[2] required for a release.
Transtats Jobs[3] sync package with pointing
translation platform (DamnedLies and Zanata),
Upstream git repository and koji build system. On
details page of a package[4] we can see
translation statistics from all three places.
+ At a glance translation report for packages as a
group (for a release) or as an individual (detail
picture). Tool to inspect translation deficiency
and errors in final shipment (srpm).
- As transtats job scheduling feature is still
under development, sync jobs need manual
attention. sync with (1) translation platform (2)
upstream (3) build system and then update diff.
Please help us identifying more packages[5] to add.
All packages from translation sprint present in this
list. 👍
Regards,
Pravin
