Hi there,
I was farming some badges about package testing, and took the opportunity to have a focus
on translations.
In this package for exemple, there are many dependencies needed and the simple test of
producing latex docs failed, because of missing french packages for it.

The problem is the same for libreoffice, if not installing explicitly french packages
would result in an english version of the software. I've search but could'nt find
anything else than

brang my to :

What I understand is that there is some work at low-level libraries, but it doesn't
exit at end-user packages level ?
Do someone know anything more about it ?Where/who handle that kind of subjects ?It would
be great to have this feature also integrated in gnome software, like the work-in-progress
about plugins.
Sincerely,
Jean-Baptiste
