I don't think that bug is related. It pertains specifically to the
<orgname> tag, and no strings are omitted as far as I could tell.

Yuri, thank you!
Pete, look: the first <emphasis> tag in the string from your ticket is empty in
po-file. The <productname>KDE Games</productname> is missed. It's the same
issue as I've just described.
I mean this string:
#. Tag: para
#, no-c-format
msgid "<emphasis></emphasis>: <productname>KDE
Games</productname> have been upgraded. There has been a lot of polish to
<application>Kajongg</application>, the
<productname>KDE</productname> Mahjongg game, including tooltip playing hints,
improved robot AI and chat if players are on the same server ("
msgstr ""
There is also the following string in the po-file in question:
#. Tag: productname
#, no-c-format
msgid "KDE Games"
msgstr "KDE Games"
But it will not be included in empty <emphasis> tag. So the first part of the broken
string will remain untranslated in the result doc.

It looks like Transifex is misbehaving, although I'm certainly
not an
expert in this area.
For the short term, do you feel that removing the tags nested inside
ulink would be an acceptable fix? I can do this and refresh POTs
later today if we think it is a good idea.
From my point of view, removing nested tags in these particular points
can solve the issue easily. And it can be the temporary solution until we find out why
this bug occurs (this process may take a long time).
