Dear Sir/Madam, I'd like to contribute to the Burmese translation of the Fedora Project.

I'd like to know if there are any restrictions/qualifications on that. I'll be happy if you can point me out how I can participant in.

What's the problem? You just answered the question yourself. You have modified files in the directory, and you are trying commit all of them. Get rid of their local modifications. Hi Walter, I would suggest you move your zh_TW.po file to somewhere else as a backup and then remove all the files in the current directory and do cvs up again, so that you can get all the correct files in the directory. After that you can copy the backup file back to zh_TW.po and commit.
