In fact me also done with survey. !!
I'm sorry to see this survey without discussing it in any meeting.
This survey is specifically for Zanata, it does not have even single word
about Fedora. We can definitely plan out survey for Fedora trans groups
but i think we need to first start with objectives etc. I am sure we will
have much different questions set than presently available in Zanata survey.
If any plan do open ticket.

Its choice by survey designed, i tried with xyz(a)xyz.xyz and it worked ;)
Again its choice by Zanata team so we have option to skip it or do it.

I also not understood this? but is it i.e. posting link at the bottom with

We (Fedora) are using Zanata from almost 2+ years and if Fedora community
feedback is going to help the tool IMHO that is welcome step. I think this
survey happening just after our translation sprint is good step since i am
sure pros/cons people faced during the sprint must be fresh in the mind.
