Yeah, after all the years, this bug finally seems to be fixed:

Retested with Fedora 14. Similar issue. The error text now reads:
"Sound Juicer could not read the track listing on this CD.
Reason: Cannot access CD: The specified location is
not mounted"
Probably not mounted, but at the same time Dolphin shows correctly the contents
of the CD, including correct track info. And the CD plays in VLC media player.
KDE does not offer any mount option for the audio CD to me.
But anyway, I have turned to other, working, SW for audio ripping, so I do not
need this to be fixed.

------- Additional Comments from Michal Jaegermann <michal(a)harddata.com>
On Fedora 14 it is still
$ rpm -qf /usr/share/man/manl
file /usr/share/man/manl is not owned by any package
and directory /usr/share/man/manl appears to hold files from only blas and
lapack packages. It is true that on an installation I am looking at this this
directory was created with 755 permissions but I cannot tell if something made
sure this this was the case or this was a happy accident.

------- Additional Comments from Ben Hutchings <bhutchings(a)solarflare.com>
This problem does not appear in Fedora 14, but since libgnomeprint22 is not
installed (nor any later version of the library) I assume the library has been
superseded rather than fixed. I suppose this can be considered WONTFIX.

I'm on Fedora 15 now, so this is not an issue for me anymore. I would say,
just close it.
