That wiki has been defunct for many years now.
My current specfile only has this
BuildRequires: python3-devel, gettext
Requires: python3-linux-procfs >= 0.6
# This really should be a Suggests...
# Requires: python-inet_diag
You can run without python-inet_diag, but it will be used
in a handful of places if available. I should actually look into
dropping that completely in future commits.
