Post Install Booting Problem
by Thomas Paine
I just installed F7 and I'm having a problem booting after the install.
My laptop hangs at Uncompressing Linux.
Should I be checking my grub line at this stage or what should I
submit for troubleshooting of this?
Thanks.

Rhythmbox album art
by Michael A. Peters
I don't let cddb tag my albums. I tag them myself when I encode.
As a result, rhythmbox can't find some album art. For example - Shakira
albums that have Spanish accents in the album title.
Also - there are some albums where it grabs the wrong the wrong art.
For the life of me, I can't figure out how to manually point it to the
proper art. I assume it caches the art because it displays it when
offline as long as it has fetched it before. Is there any way tell it
the location of local files to use for album art?
I do not want to embed art in the mp3 files, I do want it to show the
album art - and the proper album art - whenever possible though.
TIA,
Michael

I have a Dell d820. I try to boot the Live CD and it just hangs and will not boot.
What gives? The Fedora 7 RC2 Live CD works.

question about installing Fc7
by Scott Berry
Hello there guys and gals,
I am downloading the dvd iso for f7. What is the best way to get it going?
I have two boxes that need to be updated. I also noticed that the use of
/dev/sda is now default. How do I tell the installation to load the
installation to the /dev/hda drives or is that an automatic conversion?
