uname -r =>

When I run yum or dnf, it still looks like it is looking for the
f21 repositories.

Complete!
It looks like maybe the upgrade didn't completely finish. There
are a bunch of old f21 packages.
Is there a way to rescue my system? Or should I scrub it and start
over?
Thanks
