The usual way is:

dnf --enablerepo=<repo-name> ...

but no luck so far.

I should have been more specific :) I know how to enable them but I'm not running F23 currently and I think RPM Fusion's rawhide is f23 right now so using --releasever doesn't get the desired result, or at least last time I tried.
