If a Linux user was going to build a new desktop computer using 2020 components, for home use in January of 2021, what version of Fedora should they use and what options or flavors or isos would one recommend ?

For example, if they installed 32, but with community "Respin" build.

I am assuming the answer is Version 33, but which iso ? Workstation ?

I was thinking of trying the latest "Respin"
