I just noticed something.   If I open a new window, it isn't transparent.  If I move it around, it is transparent when I'm moving it.   Apparently some windows are staying transparent after they've been moved.

Early this week I had a couple windows that stayed as ghosts after they were closed.

Anyone else having these issues ?
