The downloaded packages were saved in cache till the next successful transaction.
You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'.

I'm getting this exact same Curl error (37) trying to do a dnf system-upgrade.

Except my warning is about libgudev-230-2.fc23.x86_64.rpm instead of kernel-core-4.2.5-300.fc23.x86_64.rpm as above.

Does anyone have a fix??
