It is a user systemd unit. To enable it as a user (run this as your user, not as root):
systemctl —user enable startinsync.service
(This will populated directories and symlinks in your home directory)
If you want it enabled for all users, run:
sudo systemctl —user —global enable startinsync.service
This will create the symlinks in /etc/systemd/user/ to enable for all users logging in. It
runs as root because it needs to edit files in /etc.
