You intend to use them all at once? Why?

For a server box, you might want to consider CentOS.

PeppermintOS  - laptop

Ubuntu LTS -      desktop

Fedora               laptop

Linux Mint         desktop

PC-BSD             desktop

Will have to figure out which one will be a server...a storage machine....etc.
