Here are two extracts of a boot log:

plugAfterBoot.txt: System boot followed by connecting USB speakers (speakers visible in pavucontrol)
unplugPlug.txt: Disconnecting USB speakers followed by connecting them (speakers visible in pavucontrol)


I'm a little surprised that the system sees the speakers after reporting so many errors.
