When updating by dnf to F28, process fails saying that nss-pem has an inferior architecture (I have both i686 and 64 packages). Any idea??

The simple work around is run "dnf install nss-pem-1.0.3-9.fc28 --releasever=28"

then you can perform the upgrade without any issues.
