I have firefox 41, chrome 45 and chromium 43 installed. I did get an
unexpected prompt when I recently ran updates which included firefox 41.
The first time I opened firefox it advised me that firefox was not my
default browser would I like to make it so. I said yes. I haven't seen
issues with opening links from thunderbird.

clicking a link NOW brings up firefox, because I uninstalled chrome.. so
how do I reinstall chrome & still have firefox open a link?
