Looking carefully I now see that the problem is that some sub-folders with new messages
have the count but the
folder name is in plain text, not bold as it usually is. This makes it difficult to
notice.
I am confirming that the problem persists. When an email is deposited in a sub-folder, the
sub-folder is not
showing in bold and is difficult to find in a long list.
If I select (click but not read) the sub-folder only then it changes to bold.
