Worked around with:

# yum remove libvirt-daemon-driver-libxl libvirt virt-v2v
# yum update
# yum install libvirt virt-v2v

Untested, but should also work:

# rpm -e --nodeps libvirt-daemon-driver-libxl
# yum update
